Conection between infrared to Nokia 3230 and laptop Toshiba error

From yesterday the connection between infrared to Nokia 3230 and laptop Toshiba I experienced the hindrance, so as could not mentrasfer the data.
Was based on the experience programming then I must determine permasalah what possibly happened.


From two devices the problem that possibly happened was the Nokia device 3230 components Infrared him or software him, likewise with laptop Toshiba, the component Infrared or Software.
From the possibility above just I took steps that used. first tested the Nokia device 3230 with the other Mobile Phone that was gotten by the connection Infrared.

After being tried by me transfer by red the data between the MOBILE PHONE evidently the transfer of the data was successful. So his conclusion did not have the problem with the Nokia device 3230, or in other words laptop Toshiba that experienced the problem. Like the assumption above when the device laptop Thosiba that had problems had two possibilities of the Component Infrared or software.

Certainly I must hope software him beforehand, if the component will be able to be expensive his price.
His problem now software what must in check before.
Check Infrared driver by means of saw in the part of Device Manager the part of InfraRed Devices.
(Control Panel -> System -> Hardware -> Device Manager -> Infrared Device -> Right click on device and chose "property" -> saw the part device the status whether device worked good "device working properly").
If device worked well then was not problem with Infrared.
The second step was check Infrared service. lanhkah - this step (Control the Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services -> searched in the "Infrared name" column the "monitor" afterwards right click and chose restart) then tried again to transfer the data between the MOBILE PHONE and Laptop or the computer.
In the step in the two transmissions of the data could go and be successful. So the problem that happened in the case above was us necessary reset the infrared monitor service  so that the Infrared device in laptop Toshiba could function again.
