After several days confused hosting available in Webhost4life finally found also his cause.
His cause was record DNS (the Name Server domain) vanished from database server.
After knew records DNS vanished, I had 2 steps that possibly in took.
1. Contacted customer the service.
2. Carried out the change personally.
Contacted CS could take up time around 2 hours to resolve the problem, carried out the change was personally faster definitely (has been used to it).
First step was to remove Blog tomiyahya.web.id from registered site name, and afterwards registered again in hosting.
So now Blog "tomiyahya.web.id" could in re-access.
